"I would like to begin with probably my only negative point... which is that price per pax was a bit misleading... not saying that you mislead us, the talk about service charge and tax were right there, and maybe that's the industry standard... Still, I think it should be more straightforward and fit for purpose if the price per pack included service charge and gst... accidentally not accounting for that really caught us a bit off-guard, as the price ballooned significantly, and had a non-insignificant toll on finances... Just my two cents heheh... That aside The overall experience was great. The decor was lovely, the food was great. The staff were very nice and very helpful and considerate. We hosted a gender separated event and the arrangements as such were handled very well. And last minute adjustments were handled seamlessly (setting up additional tables and getting more food). Would like to specially note moving the couple's dinner table to the first floor after we initially requested it to be setup on the ground floor. Overall, it was a wonderful experience... The venue looked absolutely stunning, even better than the inspiration photos we shared. Every detail was beautifully thought out, from the decor to the lighting, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The food was excellent and was full of flavor, and our guests kept complimenting how delicious everything was. It truly made it even more special. The staff were amazing throughout the event. They were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure everything ran smoothly. We felt genuinely cared for, and so did our guests. A special mention must go to our photographers and videographers. They went way beyond what was discussed, stayed late just to get the perfect shots and delivered an experience we will never forget. They guided us perfectly through every shot, making us feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Their passion and attention to detail were incredible.
